Carrier and Coverage

UPS-Exclusive Delivery Network

All poster shipments move exclusively through UPS. We selected this carrier based on delivery reliability, tracking accuracy, and insurance handling standards. Every order is trackable from dispatch to arrival. This applies to all shipments within the 50 U.S. states and across Canada. No third-party relays or handoffs are used. Shipping lanes are direct from our facility to your destination via the UPS routing system.

Packaging and Handling

Flat or Rolled Configuration

Posters are packed flat or rolled based on size and quantity. Standard prints ship flat in reinforced cardboard cartons. Oversized formats or high-volume runs are rolled with protective wrap to prevent edge curl or surface abrasion. For campaign deployment or street team handling, shrink-wrapped bundles are available on request. Packaging is selected to preserve structural integrity during transit and field deployment.

Turnaround and Dispatch Timing

Standard Production Lead

Typical turnaround is 5 to 7 business days from artwork approval. Production clock starts only after files meet our technical requirements and pass internal prepress checks. Orders are queued in priority sequence unless flagged for rush processing.

Accelerated Print and Ship

Rush production completes in 2 to 3 business days. Combined with UPS 2-Day or Next Day Air, materials can reach most U.S. metros within 72 hours of file approval. This service requires pre-approval and carries additional cost. All expedited orders must align with daily print cutoffs to qualify for same-day dispatch.

Tracking and Delivery Coordination

Automated Tracking Integration

Every shipment triggers an automated tracking email with a direct UPS link. Tracking begins at label generation and updates through final delivery scan. Estimated arrival is based on UPS data, not internal projections. Timed delivery requests must be communicated before file upload to ensure alignment with production and carrier windows.

Install Schedule Sync

For campaigns involving installation, we coordinate print timing with field delivery. Orders can be handed off directly to our install teams in serviced cities or shipped to arrive just ahead of your deployment schedule. Material movement, handoff, and confirmation operate as a closed loop with no third-party exposure. This is reserved for clients using our full placement service.

Custom Routing and Rush Upgrades

Non-Standard Delivery Requests

We accommodate custom drop instructions and off-cycle shipment needs by request. This includes split shipments, non-residential reroutes, and timed delivery windows. Contact us during order intake to confirm feasibility. Rush upgrades must be locked before production begins — mid-cycle changes are subject to available inventory and capacity.
